1. Getting started
Download Loafy from the App Store, create an account with email or Sign in with Apple, and pick the habits you want to work on. Your first Daily Bread takes about ten minutes: read the passage, answer the quiz, reflect, then one minute of guided prayer.
2. Manage your subscription
Loafy subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose Loafy to change your plan or see your renewal date.
3. Cancel a subscription
Go to Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Loafy and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Loafy purchase and request a refund. If Apple declines and you believe something went wrong on our side, contact us and we will help.
5. Restore purchases
If you changed devices or reinstalled Loafy, open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
6. Streaks and progress
Your streak advances when you finish a Daily Bread. If a day looks missing, check that the device date and time zone are correct and that you are signed into the same account. If it still looks wrong, send us the date and your account email and we will fix it manually.
7. Notifications and reminders
Reminders are set inside Loafy under Settings. If nothing arrives, check iOS Settings, Notifications, Loafy and make sure alerts are allowed and Focus modes are not silencing them.
8. Account and data
You can change your display name, email and reminder times in the app. To delete your account and everything attached to it, use Delete Account in Settings, or write to us and we will remove it within thirty days.
