1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using Loafy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Loafy. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App; (b) interfere with the App's normal operation; (c) use the App for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel anytime in your app store settings. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy.

6. Spiritual content disclaimer

Loafy provides Bible passages, reflections and devotional content as a supplement to, not a replacement for, personal study, prayer, and your local church community. Loafy is not a substitute for professional spiritual, mental, or medical counsel.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, illustrations and code in the App are the property of Loafy or its licensors. You retain ownership of any personal reflections or notes you write.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loafy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
